Here's a simple DIY skin scrub recipe that you can easily make at home using natural ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of granulated sugar or salt (you can choose based on your preference and skin sensitivity)
- 1/4 cup of carrier oil (such as sweet almond oil, coconut oil, or olive oil)
- 10-15 drops of your favorite essential oil (optional, for fragrance and added benefits)
- 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil (optional, for added nourishment)

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar or salt with the carrier oil. Mix well until you achieve a wet, sandy texture. Adjust the amount of oil based on your desired consistency.
2. Add the drops of essential oil and vitamin E oil (if using) into the mixture. Stir until well combined. You can choose essential oils based on their beneficial properties for the skin, such as lavender for relaxation or tea tree for its antibacterial properties.
3. Transfer the scrub into a clean, airtight container for storage.

Usage:
1. Wet your skin with warm water to prepare it for exfoliation.
2. Take a small amount of the scrub and gently massage it onto your skin using circular motions. Focus on areas that need exfoliation, such as elbows, knees, and rough patches.
3. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.
4. Pat dry and follow up with your favorite moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and nourished.

Remember, it's important to patch test the scrub on a small area of your skin before using it all over your body, especially if you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin. Also, avoid using the scrub on any open cuts or wounds.

Feel free to customize the recipe with additional ingredients like honey, oatmeal, or aloe vera gel, based on your preferences and skin needs. Enjoy your homemade skin scrub for a refreshing and exfoliating experience!
